**FDA – SYSTEM DELAYS**

Dear Client’s & Friend’s,

Please note FDA’s system is experiencing technical issues causing a delay in the certification of FDA’s Prior Notice Confirmations (PNC).  This is causing delays in the dispatch for the effected entries.  CBP has yet to provide a written notice regarding the matter, nor have they confirmed if a contingency plan will be put into effect for the time being.

Once we receive additional information, we will be sure to keep you informed on the progress concerning this issue.
