Good Afternoon Import Members,

The Pharr International Bridge, northbound traffic (entry to US) is currently being blocked by the same protests on the Mexican side of the bridge that took place earlier this week. This blockade is preventing trucks from crossing the bridge into the United States.

In the meantime, if you are coordinating imports for today and the truck has not yet arrived to the line/blockade, it is highly recommended that your company consider options such as:

Alternative Routes: Evaluate alternative ports of entry to mitigate potential delays

Contingency Planning: Review and adjust supply chain contingency plans as necessary.

Heightened Communication: Stay in close contact with logistics providers for real-time updates.
