November 5, 2025| U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION ROMA, TEXAS PORT OF ROMA TRADE NOTICE DATE:10/31/2025 FILE:ROM26-01 FOR: Customs Brokers, Importers, and other parties of interest SUBJECT: Entry Filing Requirement for Saturdays and Sundays The purpose of this Trade Notice is to inform all trade stakeholders of entry filing requirements for all commercial shipments arriving at the Roma, Texas Port of Entry on Saturdays and Sundays. BACKGROUND: Until further notice, Food and Drug Administration services will be curtailed on Saturdays and Sundays. To streamline entries and provide the most efficient services on these days the Roma Port of Entry will require that all entries arriving on Saturday and Sunday be filed as early as possible on Fridays. PROCEDURES: All entry paperwork for all shipments entering the U.S through the Roma, Texas Port of Entry on Saturday and/or Sunday should be filed before noon on Fridays.
