December 11, 2025DECEMBER 10, 2025 Certification of Admissibility Webinars NOAA Fisheries, Office of International Affairs, Trade, and Commerce is holding two public webinars to discuss the Certification of Admissibility (COA) process under the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) import provisions. We have received numerous questions about the COA process, the requirements, how they work, when they are needed, and we will provide answers to many of the questions already received. These will be technical briefings to review issues related to COAs in detail. If you have additional questions about the COA process, please feel free to send them to the MMPA.LOFF@noaa.gov email address before the webinars. We will do our best to answer as many as possible through the webinars. There will be two iterations of the same event: one at 8:00 AM (ET) and a second at 4:00 PM (ET) on December 16, 2025.
